The only way to mark a hustler, but an unmarked vehicle, usually a sign that should make you tired. Ask for a business card and some references. Scam artists will be around forever. They are like roaches. They are knocking on your door and can get money for every ounce they will keep coming at you. However, there are some sure fire ways to protect yourself.This is normal!
