Are you open to changing the way you pay off debt and build wealth? Start by changing the way you pay 30-year mortgage. Did I say 30? It is a relic of the past. Forty and fifty year mortgages are now available in both the U.S. and Canada. In fact, 50% mortgages in Canada today are depreciated over 40 years (in the past, that figure was usually 25). Who would have ever dreamed? Change continues, whether in America or Canada. Canadian Government said recently that it would no longer back mortgages over 35 years. I'm not too proud to ask for it. Watch out Canada. It's right behind us. I welcome a tool that offers a financial dashboard, and shows me the bottom line consequences of my debt and spending habits, as it adapts to real life situations. I like a mirror I can not ignore. I never had it before. Now I do. As a real estate investor, I research and will be available to tools to create financial freedom mine. Likewise, I have responsibilities to customers, as well as those who rent from me option, offering the finest in the market. Personally, I did not want to talk about change, but continue down the old financial planning. I found myself saying, "It's got to be a better way!"
